Flat Listing Fee - with ZERO hidden charges. 

This is a true flat listing fee with ZERO hidden or extra charges/fees paid at the closing of escrow. You still have to pay the commission on the buyers agent side but I will save you 60%+ on the listing side! Simple & fair - upfront pricing!

Professional Photos 

Professional photos very important for marketing. I reimburse the cost of photos at closing of escrow, so it will cost you nothing! Cancel Your Listing at Anytime

Most agents push their sellers to sign a listing agreement for a minimum of six months and even up to a year.  I am the only agent that allows you to cancel your listing at any time if you are not satisfied.  If I don't perform you can cancel your listing agreement!
